By joining the waitlist or using CopyCatch you agree to these terms.

The service

CopyCatch monitors Etsy for listings that resemble yours, sends alerts, drafts takedown and counter-notice letters, keeps dated records of your work and helps you track cases. Matches are suggestions; you decide whether something infringes your rights.

Your responsibilities

• Only connect shops you own or are authorised to manage.
• Only submit takedown notices for work you own, and make sure they are accurate. You are responsible for anything you submit.
• Follow Etsy's terms and policies.

CopyCatch provides tools and templates, not legal advice. Consult a qualified lawyer for legal questions.

Plans and billing

Free and paid plans are described in our pricing section. Paid plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

Availability

CopyCatch is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or find every copy. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Termination

You can stop using CopyCatch at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, for example by filing false claims.
